PROVEN TRADING PARTNER

In 2018 total value of exports amounted US$ 19.5 billion and that one of imports - US$ 11.5 billion. The main trading partner of Azerbaijan on exports was Italy and that one on imports - Russia. Turkey remains the 2nd largest partner on both exports and imports. While fruits and vegetables, plastics, aluminum, cotton and metals prevail among export products, the main products imported into the country include equipment, foodstuff, metals, transport and plastics.
